Description
On June 21, 2017, Alex Tuch was traded to the expansion Vegas Golden Knights as part of an agreement with Vegas that the team would select Erik Haula in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft. On October 3, 2017, Tuch was assigned to the AHL’s Chicago Wolves to begin the 2017–18 season. He was recalled from the Wolves on October 15, and he scored his first NHL goal against Tuukka Rask of the Boston Bruins that night. Tuch went on with Vegas to the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals, where they eventually lost in five games to the Washington Capitals.
Presented from the Inaugural season and the 2017 home game opener of the Vegas Golden Knights is this official bronzed hockey puck from T-Mobile Arena. The Knights faced off against the Phoenix Coyotes. The puck is dated and dazzled with the game date of the home opener (October 10, 2017) against the Coyotes on one side and the T-Mobile logo on the opposite. Highlighting the puck is Alex Tuch’s signature in gold felt tip (“9”) on the T-Mobile side. Tuch of course was an integral member of that Stanley Cup Finals team.
