Presented is a Cinncinati Bengals jersey that was worn by Sam Hubbard in 2021. The jersey was worn against the Minnesota Vikings on September 12, 2021. The Bengals won the matchup 27-24 in a thrilling game.
On the inside back collar is a Nike [size] 42 – L-BK manufacturer’s strip tag with 2021. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number “94” in orange on black tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “HUBBARD” in orange/black tackle twill on a black name plate. On the front of the collar is the official “NFL” logo patch. Below that is the “BENGALS” embroidered name and the Captain’s “C” patch with 1 yellow star. On each sleeve below the player numbers is the “Nike” logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and cuffed sleeves that have the Bengal stripes. It shows great wear with soiling, black/field marks, thread fraying on the indentifiers etc. Overall, a nice Hubbard Bengals game worn jersey.
Notes from the game: “Dalvin Cook’s fumble was recovered by Cincinnati linebacker Germaine Pratt to set up the game-winning score, a 33-yard field goal by Evan McPherson as time expired on Sunday. It was a rough end after Minnesota had battled back from a 21-7 second-half deficit despite a raft of penalties. The Vikings committed 12 for 116 yards. They had three false starts in their opening drive, with four penalties in the first eight plays. So there was enough blame to go around.”
