Presented is an original Crosley Field stadium seat (1934-70) representing that dawn of a new era in Major League Baseball history. The chair is a simple dark green-painted wood seat and strong iron frame. It has a white-paint stencil “9” in the center of the seat back. It also features an origin plaque from Seitz and Company. It measures 29″ tall with 23″ (long) with the solidifying frame legs on the bottom. The paint is in wonderful condition, as are the wood slats and iron frame with only minor but natural surface marks. Overall, a remarkable baseball stadium memento with both collectible and practical purposes.
