Ernest Hemingway’s A Farewell to Arms, the 1958 Charles Vidor World War I (WWI) military romantic melodrama (“Based on the novel by Ernest Hemingway and the play by Laurence Stallings”; “Produced by David O. Selznick”; “Screenplay by Ben Hecht”; there was an earlier version of this movie with Gary Cooper and Helen Hayes) starring Rock Hudson, Jennifer Jones, Vittorio De Sica (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Oscar Homolka, and Mercedes McCambridge. Note that originally, John Huston was scheduled to direct this movie. However, he wanted the producer, David O. Selznick, to give him a bigger budget, and he left the movie after a few months and Charles Vidor took over and finished the movie.
This 27 x 41 movie poster is folded with proper stamping on the back and is in fair condition with some paper loss and crease wear.
