1962 Barbie Doll Ash Blonde Bubble Cut w/ Box Stock No. 850

Description

Presented is a 1962 Barbie doll featuring a blonde bubble cut. All the body markings are correct for the period and the original box (with earrings, stand, shoes and booklet) is included. The doll features a red jersey one-piece swimsuit and a new short, tight hairstyle deemed the Bubble Cut in ash blonde (Stock No. 850). Gold label is still attached to her arm. Interestingly, the hairstyle was available in ten different colors back then, including such odd ones as Brownette, White Ginger, and Titian.
