Dwight Clark caught the winning touchdown pass thrown by quarterback Joe Montana in the NFC Championship Game in January 1982 against the Dallas Cowboys. The play, immortalized as “The Catch”, propelled the 49ers to their first Super Bowl championship.

Presented is a plaque (12″ x 15″) that highlights the San Francisco 49ers football team. This one features an 8×10 photo autographed by Dwight Clark. He signed the photo in black felt tip (“9”). It also features an additional 1981 Topps rookie football #422 card of Clark.
