Gene Tenace, is an American former professional baseball player and coach.[1] He played as an catcher and first baseman in Major League Baseball from 1969 through 1983, most notably as a member of the Oakland Athletics dynasty that won three consecutive World Series championships between 1972 and 1974.
Presented is an OAL (Budig) baseball autographed by Gene Tenance. He signed it on the sweet spot in blue ballpoint pen (“8-9”) with the inscription, “72 W.S. M.V.P”. The ball itself shows toning from age.
