Presented is a Sports Illustrated Magazine signed on the cover by Pete Rose. He signed it in blue felt tip (“9”). Magazine dates to July 3, 1989 with mailing label attached and loose staple in spine.
Also known by his nickname “Charlie Hustle”, Pete Rose is an American former professional baseball player and manager. Rose played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1963 to 1986, most prominently as a member of the Cincinnati Reds lineup known as the Big Red Machine for their dominance of the National League in the 1970s.
