Sparky Lyle Signed Baseball Yankees “Cy Young 1977” – COA JSA

Description

A three-time All-Star, Sparky Lyle won the American League Cy Young Award in 1977. He led the AL in saves in 1972 and 1976. With the Yankees, Lyle was a member of the World Series champions in 1977 and 1978, both over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Presented is an OAL (Brown) baseball autographed by Sparky Lyle. He signed it on the sweet spot in blue ballpoint pen (“8-9”) with the inscription, “Cy Young 1977”. The ball itself shows toning from age.
