Presented is a white Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey that was worn by Jimmy DuBose during the 1976 season. On the front, back, and each shoulder is the player number “35” screened on in cremsicle orange. Across the back is his name “DuBOSE” in orange on a nameplate. DuBose’s number “35” appears on the front, back and both sleeves in orange applique. The collar tagging shows it is a NIKE [size] 44 with ’02 written in blue marker. Overall, the jersey shows wear with field marks on the nameplate, discoloration from washing (noticible on collar), a notable sewing repairs near his front number “6”. Overall it shows light wearwith a few visible hit marks. The provenance letter indicates it is from Jim’s Jerseys who specialize in game worn/used memorabilia. They dated it to the 1976 season.
Jimmy DuBose is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for three seasons during the 1970s. DuBose played college football for the University of Florida, and thereafter, he played professionally for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL.
