Andy Griffith was an American actor, comedian, television producer, southern gospel singer and writer whose career spanned seven decades in music and television. Known for his Southern drawl, his characters with a folksy-friendly personality, as well as his gruff but friendly voice, Griffith was a Tony Award nominee for two roles.

Presented is a piece of parchment (4.5″ x 6″) autographed by Andy Griffith. He signed it in blue ballpoint (“9”) with an inscription, “To Rainer – I appreciate it”. Note, there’s a name notation below his autograph for identification.  This was taken out of an autograph book.
