Presented for sale is a late 1920s Babe Ruth baseball scorer. Issued by the New York American it is 2-1/8×3-7/8” with dials and cutouts to keep track of runs, hits, errors, innings, and outs for the “Home Club” and “Visiting Club.” The reverse with the newspaper promotional text against the cream background but the side with the Ruth name and cutout windows remains extremely clean. Some wear on the reverse, and the front has a bold “Babe Ruth Baseball Scorer”. Most unique and hard-to-findmay item.
