Despite being a rookie at the ripe age of 27, Ichiro Suzuki was destined to join baseball’s other greats in the Baseball Hall of Fame. The 200 hit-a-year player set the high mark for hits in a season when he topped George Sisler’s record in 2004. Plus, he ended his career with over 3000 hits.  Ichiro brilliantly signed the top portion of a panel of this OML (Selig) baseball in blue ballpoint. The signature is “8-9” and will make for a great display in a Mariners or baseball collectors’ collection.
