Presented is a vintage 1970’s Los Angeles Rams jersey that was worn by Larry Smith. The running back wore this white mesh jersey during his time with the team. On the front left tail are two tags including the Sand-Knit L.A. Rams exclusivity tag and Sand-Knit tag with size “48″and wash instructions. Across the front, on back and on each sleeve is the player number “38″ screened on in blue. Across the back is the player name “SMITH” in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. The sleeves are striped in blue. The jersey shows mild use with malleable tagging and loose threads. The center portion of the collar has a repair.

Larry Smith is an American former college and professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for six seasons during the 1960s and 1970s (1969-73 Rams). Smith played college football for the University of Florida, and earned All-American honors. He was a first-round pick in the 1969 NFL/AFL draft, and played professionally for the Los Angeles Rams and Washington Redskins of the NFL.
