Presented is an 8×10 black and white photo signed by Leon Day. He signed the photo in blue felt tip (“9”) with the inscription, “Puerto Rico – 1939”. Also included is a signed color photo card (1993 Hieronimus) – that was signed by Day in blue felt tip (“9”).

Leon Day was an American professional baseball pitcher who spent the majority of his career in the N. leagues. Recognized as one of the most versatile athletes in the league during his prime, Day could play every position, with the exception of catcher, and often was the starting second baseman or center fielder when he was not on the mound.
